A New Year brings new ways to cultivate health and wellness with yoga as a holistic approach we can count on building a foundation for our health and wellbeing with the "fun"damentals of yoga and a little humor. This back to basics approach will inform each student of alignment, 10 basic yoga poses, simple pranayama breathing techniques, and meditation and mudras for relaxation. Upon registration, a Zoom link will be sent to you.
Props: Yoga mat, blanket or pillow, blocks, water bottle and a sense of humor is all you need. No experience necessary.
