8-Week Yoga Series: Embracing Change and Transition🌿
Class Time 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
NEW SERIES
Monday, October 20, 27, November 3, 17, 24, December 1, 8, 15
Autumn brings shorter days and cooler weather, which can change how much energy we have. It's important to change our yoga to match these changes. Instead of doing fast, energetic flows, think about slowing down and focusing on poses that help us feel stable and warm. Think about what your body needs as the weather changes. For me, it's about seeing the change and getting used to it, not fighting it. With reflection and self-compassion, we will step into grounding positions, relax into twists for release, and fold inward to embrace change. Join me in this self-nourishing practice to take us through the seasonal change and into the Holiday Season.
✨ All levels are welcome. Just bring a mat, register for the Zoom link, and complete payment online or through Zoom.
📅 Join our long-running Monday evening Zoom class and connect with fellow yogis on a similar path of growth and peace.
For questions, reach out to Anjali at anjalirclasses@gmail.com.

“I just have to say... I love your class. I didn’t know whether I would like yoga by zoom, but I do!! Here are a few reasons why: I see you!; and a great little tribe; I can fart and no one will hear it; my feet can stink and no one will smell them; I can wear pajamas; my sick dog can join me when she wants to (we curled up together for shivasana today).
I am in MY sacred space with a practice and people that I love... so glad to have yoga with you over the last year.”
