Flowing Into Spring: Strength, Serenity, and Self-Love through Postural Alignment and Mindful Movement
February 10, 17, 24 & March 3,10, and 17th
The Flowing Into Spring Yoga Session offers a variety of poses and detailed cues that are designed to improve core stability, enhance posture, and effectively relieve tight muscles located in the back, hips, and legs. Additionally, this session builds upper body strength, which contributes to better overall balance and promotes a sense of well-being and relaxation throughout the body.

THE NEW CLASS DAY AND TIME BEGIN SATURDAY, 2/22 FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 10 A.M.
Start your Wednesday/Saturday off right with a gentle slow flow. We will begin with gentle breathing and grounding and then explore ways to slowly move our bodies to support strengthening and lengthening the muscles. This is an all-level class and open to anyone. $10/Class. Drop-ins welcome!
Yoga for the active aging adult centers around mindful movement to increase mobility and flexibility. Anjali will guide the class each class into mindful poses to ease arthritis, release tension, and bring more stability and balance to our movements. This 6-week series will include the foundational poses of yoga and then each week explore deeper movement in these poses. Classes will offer a variety of balance, strength, stretch, and slow flow touching on all areas of the body. Yoga helps calm the mind, unwind the body, and bring a deeper connection to self and others.
Practice is key to yoga; we will explore movement with a deeper sense of purpose each week. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. The class is focused on the active aging adult. (aka Seniors and 55+)

IN PERSON! - Fryeburg Recreation Complex 2nd floor. Come join us as we open our energy centers and create gentle movements to stabilize and ignite our prana.
Class Dates: 2/7 & 2/14. We will be restarting this class in the Spring 2025, until then please join us on Monday evenings via ZOOM from 5:15 to 6:15 PM or Saturday mornings in Jackson from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
