Chakra Yoga is a holistic practice that combines yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to balance and activate the body's seven energy centers, or chakras. Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. Through intentional movement, focused breathing, and visualization, Chakra Yoga helps to release blockages, enhance energy flow, and promote overall harmony in the mind, body, and spirit. This practice supports self-awareness, emotional healing, and inner strength, making it a powerful tool for personal transformation.

Start your weekend with an energizing All Flow Yoga class, designed to awaken your body and refresh your mind. This dynamic, breath-centered practice blends fluid movements, gentle stretches, and mindful transitions to build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Set to a grounding yet uplifting pace, this class is perfect for all levels, offering modifications to meet your needs. Step onto your mat, connect with your breath, and flow into your Saturday feeling revitalized and refreshed.
Yoga for the active aging adult centers around mindful movement to increase mobility and flexibility. Anjali will guide the class each class into mindful poses to ease arthritis, release tension, and bring more stability and balance to our movements. This 6-week series will include the foundational poses of yoga and then each week explore deeper movement in these poses. Classes will offer a variety of balance, strength, stretch, and slow flow touching on all areas of the body. Yoga helps calm the mind, unwind the body, and bring a deeper connection to self and others.
Practice is key to yoga; we will explore movement with a deeper sense of purpose each week. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. The class is focused on the active aging adult. (aka Seniors and 55+)
