With all the technology and devices people use in their everyday lives for work and leisure, it’s easy to develop a tech neck without even noticing.

This workshop will help participants to improve their posture, alleviate pain and tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back.

With her knowledge of anatomy and mindful movement, Anjali is now offering this virtual workshop to businesses for their remote and/or in-office employees.

Choose from a 30- or 60-minute workshop to start the workday, take a break at lunchtime, or to relieve stress as the day comes to a close.

What is tech neck?

Tech neck is classified as a condition that is caused by a strain on the neck, back and shoulder muscles. Tilting your head downward for a long period of time will cause your neck, shoulder and back muscles to strain thus resulting in tech neck.

Most people may not notice signs of tech neck. Here are some signs you should look out for!

  • Neck pain or soreness

  • Shoulder soreness

  • Lower back soreness

YOGA FOR MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Give your office staff and employees the skills to move mindfully throughout their day.  Yoga increases the connection between body, mind and spirit and brings a boost to the immune system, sense of well-being and overall satisfaction.  This class can be offered for 30 or 60 minutes via zoom.
