Explore Plant Based Cooking with Anjali Rose – Join an intimate group of like minded people focused on eating healthier and learn the basics and simple steps to create healthy and yummy plant based meals. Enjoy the sharing of preparation, cooking and eating as a group. You don’t need to be a professional chef to create delicious meals. We will explore creating a main dish entree and healthy dessert to satiate the sweet, savory, bitter and salty aspects of food. The intention is to make effortless meals for a healthy lifestyle. Bring a tupperware container for leftovers.
